Allison Stokke and Alyce Caron

Allison Stokke has been a pole vaulter for more than 20 years. She was born on the 22nd of March, 1989, in Newport Beach California. An image of her in a track event for 17 year olds became viral in 2007 and made her an Olympic pole vaulter. Instagram and Twitter are her two most viewed social media sites. Stokke has built a huge social following on Instagram and Twitter. In the Los Angeles Times, among other newspapers, reported that Stokke did not seek or supported such attention. Brett Hutchins and David Rowe, in their book Technology Power and Culture in the Network Society Brett Hutchins and David Rowe compared Stokke to the experiences that involved American female soccer players Alex Morgan and Hope Solo who had their image sexualized and fetishized in public with a style that the authors felt devalued their athletic achievements. Concerning Stokke they also pointed out that comments on social media generally regarded as offensive in nature and blamed the process of sexualization to the women. Many of the comments drew comparisons with Brandi Chastain's performance at 1999's FIFA Women's World Cup celebrations wearing a sports bra where the sporting accomplishments of women were largely ignored due to discussions regarding their appearance. Images of Stokke performing in New York early 2007, were uploaded to the internet by a Californian journalist who was working for a track and fields website. With Leather sports blog, which has an enormous male audience published the image in May. The article was titled Pole Vaulting is Almost Legal and criticized Stokke's sexuality. Stokke threatened to sue the owner of the website Matt Ufford if he did not remove the image however the post had already received significant attention and been posted at numerous other sites. Stokke's images of pole vaulting were posted on a tribute site. When the photos were shared on social media, internet fan groups gained thousands of new followers. Alyce Caron..............Alyce Caron was born in Houston in the United States in February 1957. She wanted to graduate from Florida High School. The internship was the first stage in her career following her graduation from high school. Alyce is the proud daughter of an academic professor. She's supported by her family members and is an assistant professor at a local college. Alyce as well as her family live in Texas, as Alyce's father is a soldier in her in the U.S. Army. The family had a celebration for their father's birthday three years ago. Alyce was on the social media platform to honor her dad's contributions to the U.S. Army and share her beautiful image of her beautiful daughter. Her daughter, who is more interested in education than her father, and was awarded the university's national merit scholarship in 2020, also shows more interest in school.
