Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The initial inspiration came from the shadows that were cast onto grass. After a few weeks, she developed a method which did not create the object she chose on canvas as an image that was flat. When objects live or perishable like humans and fruits, they become a painting of themselves. The ephemeral nature of her painterly style is obvious and the only thing that remains in Alexa Meade's art is a photographic image. Both the painting and photographic techniques are so closely coordinated that the end result is a flat, two dimensional space which is able to achieve trompe-l'oeil. In this, the third dimension can only be seen within certain places that are close to the eyes, or near hair. Meade sometimes blends her painted characters into the 3-dimensional world around them. They can interact in this self-created universe. By doing so, Meade has removed the borders between photography, painting and performance.
